Requirements of Leased Access include:

   

· Broadcasts must be received on BetaSP or DVD, and must be of broadcast quality

 

· Broadcasts must be received no later than 24 hours prior to airing.  All shows airing on Saturday, Sunday, or before noon on Monday must be received by noon on Friday.

 

· All shows should be exactly thirty (30) or sixty (60) minutes in length
